WHAT PRODUCT HEALTH SAFETY ASSURANCES CAN YOU PROVIDE ?

We are a HACCP certified company and in accordance with those stringent food safety guidelines applied our food handling and all our suppliers must have HACCP or international equivalent good safe food manufacturing processes in place. This includes the testing of all products for the following pathogens: E-coli, Coliforms, Salmonella, Listeria and Staphylococcus.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME ?

Cut-off times for orders for next day delivery services are 2.00PM. Sydney services are generally five days a week (Monday – Friday) and regionally we deliver to Central Coast/Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra on a weekly scheduled basis.

Over the summer months (Jan-Feb), Saturday deliveries in Sydney will become available.

Interstate and other regional customer orders are welcome subject to freight costs and freight logistic services being generally available by arrangement.
Please note in some cases deliveries may take up to 8 days

IS THERE A MINIMUM DELIVERY QUANTITY ?

There are no minimum quantities but a delivery fee of $15.00 may apply to any order less than $100.00 in value.

Generally, all products are packed in 10KG cartons graded for freezer storage. Customers are not limited to a carton volume however. Customers may order a mix of any quantities of individual products in any volume they wish.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING POLICY ?

We purchase products generally direct from fruit processors including importing directly from South American producers. Consequently, we believe we can match or beat any competitors prices. Ultimately, pricing is negotiable subject to supply volumes, product specifications and packaging you require.

CAN MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC BUY OUR PRODUCTS ?

We do not distribute or retail products to the general public. Walk-in retail customers however are welcome.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST ?

All deliveries within the Sydney Metropolitan and regional areas subject to our regular scheduled delivery service are free of freight charges for orders greater than $100 in value. Order values less than $100 may incur a $15 delivery fee.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND IS MISSING PRODUCT, IS THE WRONG PRODUCT OR THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED ?

We take pride in offering a first class delivery service to our customers. Any errors made by our company will be immediately addressed the same day if possible or at the latest the next day by way of a refund credit or new supply of the affected product item at your discretion.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF FRESH AND FROZEN PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY YOU ?

Generally, all our fruit is individually quick frozen (IQF) which reduces the oxidation process with the intent of retaining all the nutritional value of the fruit. We only source fruit from the current seasonal harvests ensuring a high rate of “ freshness” is achieved. Scientific studies have shown that under such conditions up to 98% of the nutritional values are retained. This compares favourably with non-frozen products which are constantly oxidating at far higher rates on a continuous basis.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF FROZEN PRODUCTS OVER FRESH ?

Frozen products are easier to manage and extend the shelf life of products. They also ensure a greater consistency of product qualities that your customers come to expect as well as stabilise year-round pricing. Frozen products are not subject to seasonal fluctuations in availability of supply and higher prices.

Secondly, and most importantly, frozen products used in the production of smoothie drinks and bowls provide a superior texture of product and creamier flavour than non-frozen ingredients.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR FROZEN FRUIT PRODUCTS AND YOUR COMPETITORS ?

The quality of the fruit is subject to many variables such as the specific variety of fruit. There are many hundreds of different varietals of blueberries, strawberries etc and many other varieties of tropical fruits. These fruits are also subject to the climatic and soil conditions in the areas from where they grow. The same berry grown in very poor soils of China cannot compare for example to the nutrient rich soils of Chile or the ideal levels of sun, cold and rainfall from this region.

Secondly, we only source our fruit from tried and trusted sources, often family members and associations that are decades old. This dramatically improves our quality product assurance levels of selecting only the best fully ripened fruit to maximise their sweetness and other properties.

We welcome any inquiry for a specific fruit type or quality metric from shape, size, colour, taste profiles to meet your needs. We have very close relationships with our supply chain partners.

In particular, we know how important storage capacity in most retail premises are and so we have developed a relationship whereby we can offer freezer units for storage on a rental basis fully maintained and serviced by us which takes at least one more headache away from you running your business. It will also provide you with greater flexibility of stock levels.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUNDS POLICY ?

We take great pride in our level of service and expertise in this industry. Any errors we make will be rectified by us as soon as possible. We value all our customers very highly and as a small family business we will always go that extra mile to please our customers whenever possible.
